Walker Tent for TAB Teardrop Trailers

Perfect addition once we figured out how to master it—-
Gives us the extra room we need and keeps everything dry

We love our Walker tent. It more than doubles the size of our space with our Tab 400. The screened in porch keeps the bugs out. The windows allow air to blow through or with the use of a fan it is comfortable in the shade. We can close the flaps and keep warmer in the cold. It is very stable in strong winds. Great for having friends in to eat or sleep especially with the curtains. The only down side is the 1-1 1/2 hour to set up and an hour to take down. We like to be at a camp ground at least 2 nights before we put it up.

However, my husband says the Walker Tent has “ increased his enjoyment of the Tab 400 by 100%.”

We purchased this for a recent trip instead of purchasing a larger trailer. I am extremely happy with it!

PROS: Gives you tons of added dry space right outside of your door. Excellent quality of construction, holding up under strong winds and rain. Can be set up by one person on the 320 as long as you have a ladder (or are at least 6' tall) and know what you're doing ahead of time. I used it on concrete with sandbags weighing it down, and it held perfectly, even in wind and rain.

CONS: You should set this up in your driveway or plan to take at least half a day of your trip learning how to set it up. Once you have it set up perfectly, then mark where the poles go with a Sharpie on the inside of the tent as well as where the poles connect together with different colors of electrical tape, and your 2nd setup will go much faster! Not worth the setup time for less than 2-3 nights.

The Walker Tent provides so much flexibility: use it as an "awning" for added shade, or zip in any of the 3 side walls for additional protection from rain/wind/snow/sun. You can even use the curtains on the front for added shade without zipping on the sidewall.

If I were to make improvements to this tent they would be: 1. Provide 3 carrying cases to keep the sidewalls separate from the tent. I put them in a duffle bag.
2. Color-code (plus number) the poles.
3. Provide some sort of attachment (velcro?) for the floor to the sidewalls.

With these improvements, it would definitely earn a 5 star rating!

We are very happy with our purchase of the Walker Tent for our T@B 320. There was some confusion during the ordering process, since the instructions regarding how to order for our 2014 suggested we order for a boondock design, but our camper is not a boondock design. All worked out fine. The shipped tent was marked boondock, but it fit fine.

I am blown away by the craftsmanship and overall ease of assembly. This tent gives us a ton of livable space for our Tab 320s Boondock. It’s versatile and every single detail is of the highest quality! They thought of everything! I know we will get many years of enjoyment out of the tent.

Before purchasing, I reached out to Elton a couple of times. He was patient and helped me along the way. I am so impressed by the customer service and quality. Cannot recommend All Pro Adventures and the Walker tent enough!
