You can zip of the front panel and the side panels to have a beautiful 7 foot deep awning if that is all you need during that visit, or quickly zip those in to have an amazing side room with full privacy. Nice block out curtains are included to ensure privacy, or you can roll up the windows and enjoy the full screen ventilation while sitting outside on an evening when mosquitoes are in season. This full side room makes it possible to have friends overnight. 100% waterproof material and comes with a waterproof floor as well. Makes for a nice dry entry area to your beautiful house away from home.

First of all, the quality of material is excellent. I sew and I see the high quality of the sewing and that they really thought out the needs of campers by choosing quality materials. When we received the Side Room, we put up the room in our driveway.
When we practiced, we had a small step stool and even my 6'1" tall hubby had a hard time getting the front panel zippers started while the awning was on(per the video). We solved it by getting a good two-step stool. And we put the Front panel on before putting the horizontal metal ribs up.
We just returned from our maiden voyage to Governor Dodge State Park in Wisconsin. The weather forecasted was for rain and wind, possibly tornadoes. It was blowing and lightly raining when we arrived. We waited a bit for the storm to pass and decided to put up the side room. So, at the park, in 89 degree weather, 20 mph sustained winds (gusts up to 34 mph), we put up the side room. No Problem! We were so excited! The only issue was that our campsite was a gravel pad and the plastic tent spikes didn't work. We went to Walmart and got some metal ones and it was all good. I personally love the floor. It was very appreciated because the rocky pad was rough on bare feet and would track dust into the camper.
I also love the interchangeable side panels. We started off with the screen on one side in the 89 degree weather. When the cold front came through with rain, we were able to quickly zip to the solid panel. The windows are also great. We utilized all the features: screens during the day, pulling the lightweight blinds when the sun hit that side and then putting the vinyl window down when the temps dipped into the 40s.
We had budgeted this side room into our purchase of the camper because, while we wanted a smaller camper, with a 93# Bernedoodle, we wanted a room to sit inside. I do all my morning cooking there instead of stinking up the camper. We essentially have a living room out of the elements.I rate this side room as great!
