Your trailer's side wall outer layer is thin and is rather soft so when you install your horizontal poles be sure to situate them all the way up against your keder rail or even push against the bottom half of your keder rail to avoid slight dentures in your side wall. Also keep the pole off your decals. We are not responsible for damage done to your trailer from installing your horizontal poles low. It will not damage your trailer if kept up the way it is designed.

We setup the awning for the first time at Assateague National Seashore. It was windy but we thought it would be ok. Well we left for the evening and the wind picked up. When we came back to our site the awning was laying on the ground. That night a storm hit us with very high winds and heavy rain. We were happy we had the awning stored away. The next day we setup the awning and were amazed that there was no damage to the poles or the material. If this product can withstand that abuse it will last a very long time. I would recommend All Pro Adventure for anyone who wants a great product at a good price.
The customer service is second to none. We were leaving for our camping trip in less than a week. I email All Pro and asked if the awning would arrive in time for our trip. Eli told me that they had the awning in the color we wanted and he could ship it as soon as they received the order. I went online and placed my order and it arrived three days before we left. It is great doing business with a company the believes in customer service.
It is fantastic.
This is so easy to put up. Took us only about 10 minutes figuring it out and putting it up. It looks good, and appears to be of good quality. However, the poles go topgether with the little knob in a hole and that is so hard on the fingers! We anticipated that it would be put together with a shock cord system.
That being said, we are very pleased with the awning and would buy from AllPro again.
